ARTICLE XVI.

ANNUAL CONVENTIONS

• A convention of the ASSOCIATION shall be held once every year. The dates and places of the Annual Convention shall be determined by the Board of Directors. Notices of the Annual Conventions shall be made public at least thirty (30) days in advance. A regular meeting of the Assembly of Delegates may be held during the Annual Convention.
• The Annual Convention shall be open to all members and their guests who register giving their names and addresses.
• The Annual Convention shall be open to all members and their guests who register before or during the convention.
