Sex jihad in Syria: Tunisian girls return pregnant and AIDS positive

The Arabic media has been full of interviews with some of the many Tunisian girls that went to the sex jihad in Syria. The other day Tunisian newspaper Al Sharaouk (“Sunrise) shed light on the horrific experiences of one of these girls. (source)

Sex Jihadist Catches AIDS Serving Servicing Free Syrian Army Holy Warriors

The difference between sex trafficking and the Sex Jihad. Apparently none. Sheltered girls with little knowledge of the world are promised the sky and end up pregnant, dead or dying of AIDS.

Her name is Lamia, and she’s 19-years-old. While in Syria, she had sex with jihadis fighting to overthrow the secular Bashar Assad regime. Among other nationalities she recalls having slept with were Pakistanis, Afghanis, Libyans, Tunisians, Iraqis, Saudis, and Somalis, all in the context of the “sex jihad.”

According to Al Sharouk reporters, who went to interview Lamia at her home, the young woman began her story by saying that in 2011 she became religious, after watching an Islamic program; among other things, she took to wearing the hijab and came to believe that going out in public was a sin.

She wore a Hijab to be more modest and then went on a Sex Jihad. The internal contradictions of Islamic morality never cease.

Masrawy published a video interview with one “Aisha,” another Tunisian girl who said she had met a Muslim woman who spoke of the importance of piety, including wearing the hijab and traveling to Syria to help the jihadis “fight and kill infidels” and make Allah’s word supreme, adding that “women who die would do so in the way of Allah and become martyrs and enter paradise.”

Martyrs get 72 virgins. Female sex Jihadists get what? A break from being sexually abused by the holy warriors who somehow have caught AIDS? And her martyrdom is dying of AIDS.

At any rate, by the time war broke out in Syria, Lamia’s mind was “dough for the cleric to mold any which way he wanted.” He proceeded to send her to Benghazi, Libya, then to Turkey, and then to Aleppo, Syria.

There she found many women and young girls residing in an old hospital that had been turned into a campsite. A man claiming to be the “emir” of the sexual campground met her saying his name was Abu Ayoub, the Tunisian. But, she said, the true leader was a Yemeni, who appeared leading a group of jihadis calling themselves “Omar’s Battalion.” He was the first to take her.

Lamia confessed that she did not know how many men had sex with her and that all that she remembers is being abused, beaten, and forced to do things “that contradict all sense of human worth.” She also said that she met many Tunisian women including one who died while being tortured for trying to escape.

Finally, released back to Tunisia, Lamia has been to a doctor finding that she is five months pregnant. Both she and her unborn are carrying the aids virus.

It’s not clear what Omar’s Battalion is, but it might be the Omar al Mokhtar Battalion of the Free Syrian Army. One of our “moderate” allies.

Omar al Mokhtar was an Islamic figure who carried out attacks on the Italians in the 20s in Libya. That would suggest that she had actually hooked up with Libyan Jihadis fresh from Obama’s conquest of Libya.

There was an Omar Mukhtar Brigade in Libya. It may have just been transplanted to Syria. An early Free Officer’s communique from Syria lists the Omar al-Mokhtar of Tubruk. Tobruk is a Libyan city.

A site lists the Omar Mukhtar Brigade in Syria as affiliated with the Muslim Brotherhood.

Bizarrely Secretary of State John Kerry just dropped in on Iraq to ask their Shiite-dominated government to stop allowing through weapons shipments for Syria’s government while Obama Inc. is overseeing the smuggling of huge amounts of weapons to Sunni Jihadists in Syria.

With help from the C.I.A., Arab governments and Turkey have sharply increased their military aid to Syria’s opposition fighters in recent months, expanding a secret airlift of arms and equipment for the uprising against President Bashar al-Assad, according to air traffic data, interviews with officials in several countries and the accounts of rebel commanders.

The airlift, which began on a small scale in early 2012 and continued intermittently through last fall, expanded into a steady and much heavier flow late last year, the data shows. It has grown to include more than 160 military cargo flights by Jordanian, Saudi and Qatari military-style cargo planes landing at Esenboga Airport near Ankara, and, to a lesser degree, at other Turkish and Jordanian airports.

From offices at secret locations, American intelligence officers have helped the Arab governments shop for weapons, including a large procurement from Croatia…

Secretary of State John Kerry pressed Iraq on Sunday to do more to halt Iranian arms shipments through its airspace; he did so even as the most recent military cargo flight from Qatar for the rebels landed at Esenboga early Sunday night.

And it’s no wonder that the Iraqi government laughed in Kerry’s face. Why should Iraq respect an arms embargo when Obama Inc helps Qatar violate it, just as it did in Libya?

Most of the cargo flights have occurred since November, after the presidential election in the United States

This is Obama’s new lame duck status showing us who he really is.

Report: Turkey Supports Funding to Syrian Jihadist Rebels?

Turkey, a member of NATO and an ally of the United States, reportedly has supported funding to Syrian jihadist rebels by Arab nations, NGOs.

Turkey, a member of NATO and an ally of the United States, is reportedly supporting an effort by Arab nations and NGOs to fund radical Islamist rebel forces in Syria.

The report, published last week in Foreign Policy magazine, quoted Iraqi National Security Adviser Faleh al-Fayyad who warned that Qatar and other Arab nations, as well as nongovernmental agencies were funding the Syrian Jabhat al-Nusra – the Al Nusra Front terrorist organization.

Fayyad told columnist Blake Hounshell through a translator that Turkey was aware of the financing to Al Nusra Front – which appears on the U.S. government’s official list of banned terror groups — and had agreed to it. “These are the same sources that finance Al Qaeda,” Hounshell quoted Fayyad as saying. “In times of crisis, some countries use Al Qaeda; some countries make peace with Al Qaeda.”

Al-Nusra Front is among the 13-member rebel Islamic Front for the Liberation of Syria, many of whose members are terrorist organizations linked to Al Qaeda and global jihad. They are dedicated to installing a government led by Shari’a (Islamic law), in much the same style as Iran and Saudi Arabia.

“Very frankly, elements of Al Qaeda are very active in certain parts of Syria,” Hounshell quoted Fayyad as saying, comparing Turkey’s role of hosting and facilitating armed groups to that of Syria at the height of the insurgency in Iraq. The Iraqi leader claimed that Turkey, Qatar and other Arab nations had pushed the uprising in Syria.

However, Fayyad made it clear his nation felt no major compulsion to offer support to Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, either. “Bashar al-Assad has hurt Iraq the same as Saddam Hussein,” commented Iraqi parliamentarian Yassin Maijid, a member of Fayyad’s delegation to Washington.

However, both lawmakers – who were in Washington for talks with U.S. officials — expressed concern about the rise of Jabhat al-Nusra, which they noted has ties to Al Qaeda in Iraq.

U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry told at a news conference on March 5 in Doha with Qatar’s Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim bin al-Thani that Washington was increasingly confident that weapons sent by others to the Syrian opposition were going to moderate forces — rather than to Islamic extremists.

Fayyad’s visit to Washington last week was specifically aimed at contradicting that belief, and raising Washington’s awareness of the apparent two-way street that Qatar and other regional players appear to be traveling — including America’s ally, Turkey — and to warn the Obama administration that not everything in the Middle East appears as it might seem.

Kerry announced at a meeting in Rome two weeks ago that the United States will provide $60 million in “immediate” non-lethal aid to hand-picked Syrian rebel groups, making it clear the assistance would go to mainstream opposition groups, not to radical jihadists. At the same event, UK Foreign Secretary William Hague announced that Britain would join the United States in training and equipping opposition forces in their fight to oust Syrian President Bashar al-Assad from power.

Both nations, members of NATO, also supported NATO’s recent deployment of Patriot missiles along Turkey’s border with Syria, at Turkey’s request. Ankara asked NATO for the weaponry, and military personnel to operate the anti-missile defense system as protection against the escalating spillover from the savage civil war raging across the border in Syria. A number mortar shells and several missiles had landed in Turkish territory in recent months, prompting the request late last year. The Patriot system was deployed in January 2013.
