By jumping onto the green machine too quickly at the expense of world oil, the Biden Administration has sown its old disastrous defeat.
These communists/democrats are miminking V. Putin of Russia, who has jailed Alexie Navalny for 20 years, and are trying the same feat with Donald Trump.
The problem is these politicians think they know the law.
Here is the big problem: There is no quick fix for Biden.
The price of Diesel fuel has gone over the $4.00 threshold. There are only a few distilleries that can convert oil to diesel fuel. Trains, truckers, and airplanes use diesel. That raises the cost of everything.
Now, to add more logs to the unwanted wind, the Panama Canal is in big trouble, and it is not China’s fault. It is the weather. ‘They have had a severe drought of over three years. The Lake that supplies water for the canals is running low. The Lake has to reduce the water it provides to the channel.
Heavy-laden ships displace too much water, meaning they can not cross a crowded canal with other ships. The result is that the canal usually ferries 42 vessels a day through their waterways. It is now down to 32. Traditionally, 90 ships are waiting to go through, but now the figure 130. Ant if rain, thanks to El Nino, does not come in the next three months, the canal will have to go to a one-year restrictive plan.
Just think of the added expense of fueling [the stationary ships and feeding their crews. Honestly, It raises the cost of the goods they are carrying.
All of these factors lead to higher inflation. Unless our administration does not change its venu, higher interest rates are not the correct answer under normal circumstances. These healthy perishable produce items do not have a long shelf life.
The solution to our problem is to shop and add to the kitchen can goods and paper items. When prices rise, we will have needed funds for perishable produce items that are good for one’s overall health.
Larry Kudlow has often said the solution in his Fox TV show is DRILL BABY, DRILL.
If one starts working backward from where the problem started, we can easily find a reasonable solution.
Our rivers are running dry. Why?
We must travel back to 1968ish to an Albany Kiwanis meeting.
Most primary rivers on our earth are running dry. How can oceans rise over our continents if fewer rivers feed them?
I was honored to introduce Governor Nelson Aldrich Rockefeller at Tuesday’s Meeting of the Albany, NY, Kiwanis Club Meeting. He wanted to introduce a significant new program called the PURE WATERS AUTHORITY.
At that time, Albany was politically controlled by the O’Connell Democratic political machine, and only one person clapped after my introduction.
He started to see how beautiful the Hudson River was at the beginning in the Adirondack Mountain Range until it reached Glen Falls, New York. The pollution continued until it met the Atlantic Ocean in New York City. His enthusiasm spilled over into the audience, and he received a standing ovation when he finished!
It took 50 years to bring the polluters down to their knees, by environmental lawyer Robert F Kennedy Jr., but General Electric, under public pressure, finally gave in.
So, dear reader, we have a law tried and tested in some of the best courts on the land and a great river providing fishing, camping, water sports, and fresh drinking water to millions with minimal pollution.
The United Nations and the United States already propose a Pure Water Authority for the entire world. We could use the US Space Force to enforce the law, catch cheaters from outer space, and work with local authorities to bring criminals to justice.
Public opinion should be open to approval since it could improve world health and provide pure drinking water for everyone near a river.
The world’s nations could set up reservoirs to siphon off excess waters provided during rainy seasons to offset floods downstream.
The US Space Force could convince government leaders it is better for their lives the enforce the law despite local businesspersons’ objections.
Lessons learned from the Hudson River experiences should increase living standards for everyone.
Enacting the Pure Waters Authority should make citizens aware of their power and endorses more freedom for the individual, providing more governments to cooperate.
Stability supports peace among nations.
Global Warming could cause our oceans to shrink from evaporation and our rivers to dry.
The reason the Pacific Ocean is cleaner than the Atlantic is that it has less polluted rivers it.
The Sahara Desert was a lush area to live in eons ago. Satellites have shown and confirmed by land geologists that there was once an ocean or sea in the middle fed by all kinds of tributaries. Could this have been where the Garden of Eve was?
The clans upriver built dams to protect their water rights, and during dry seasons When the rain s finally came, it replenished the water in the dams but failed to serve the lower regions.
Water is a primary element that all humans need-period!
When the British Empire rules the seas. The sun never sits on English soil, and there was relatively world peace until WW I when the United States Entered on the English side.
The world has been in conflict ever since.
Here is the main problem; once solved, we could use it for other issues too.
One area has a severe drought, and the dam loses so much water that it is below 60% capacity. It may take years to refill, and more critically, the need for long-term rainfall to allow water to permeate into the earth to renew the water level of our aquifers and water tables, which have a drought.
More important is how much rain happened upstream to supply the dam.
Mega dams can cause mega problems that could last long term. A dam that provides a continuous flow of water downstream is most important, and this will bond populations once solid trust.
Billions now Trillions
The public has become accustomed to the phrases billions and trillions, but they have yet to learn what it means.
Try counting to a billion verbally. You will probably die before you finish.
There is only one way out. President Warren Harding had the right idea but the wrong team in 1920.
We can earn our way out of it- every man, woman, and child on the planet. No freebies.
The same goes for our rivers. Mega dams are not the answer, and once they dry up, the people downstream suffer economically, socially, and geologically, resulting in climate change, not controls.
Vladimir Putin’s days as Russia’s leader are very few.
Russia is in deep trouble because of him. He dates back to Josef Stalin.
For almost a decade in the 1930s, Stalin had his despised purges that plundered the freedom-thinking population into zombies. Anyone left died during WW II.
Communism has little regard for human life.
After the war, it got even worse with his Secret Service which Vladimir was the star performer.
Instead of taking Russia forward into the 21st century, he has leapfrogged backward into the 1930s.
Today Russia is just a gas station. Alcoholism is rampant, and women are highly suspected when entering a foreign country because of many diseases.
President Trump treated him as a Second Lieutenant in the arm services, and he obeyed. “Don’t embarrass me, I won’t you- Understand?” He agreed, and we had peace- except our Congress kept putting the lid on him.
When Trump was president, that was the time to expand peaceful business enterprises that employed the citizens’ endeavors.
I have taken a “cab ride” across Russia by railroad on the internet. Russia is a beautiful country with all sorts of potential, from mining to exploring lakefront villages for vacations. Imagine ski resorts and lakeshore areas with all kinds of family fun.
All the government has to do is stand back and watch as its economy expands and provides miscellaneous income.
Under Obama, Putin annexed Crimean without one nation objecting. No one objected when Hitler “took back” the Rhineland with 22,000 troops in violation of the Versailles Treaty. If one soldier had fired just one shot, the German High command would dispose of Hitler. Instead, the Generals accepted Hitler as their leader since there were no causalities. Germany was expanding without casualties.
When Biden capitulated in Afghanistan, leaving tons of secret military hardware against us in future engagements, Putin saw his opportunity for further expansion with little effort.

Ukraine is a freedom-loving democracy with all kinds of politicians.
They fought back, and thanks to Trump’s policies concerning NATO, they had backers that would support Ukraine.
General Douglas MacArthur Paraphrased- was correct when he said democracy will always outlast a dictatorship in battles once the field commanders are removed or killed in action because no one wants to assume command. In a democracy, a command is a token of respect and achievement – not a death warrant.
Russian soldiers were poorly trained and did not know how to drive a tank, as one could see them crashing into each other during battle. They are useless against drones who bomb a turret almost to perfection.
No supply lines left tanks open to attack from drones. Living in a tank without proper food or water for days can be demoralizing.
Please forget about the media about China. China would love to take back Vladivostok, which they lost over 100 years ago. Ha Ha.

A Lady Tiger, Kaja Kallas, was elected Prime Minister, and with her coalition, she now controls 70 seats in a 101-seat parliament. She has been a constant critic of Putin.
Mysteriously Russian supply depots are catching on fire.
Riots in mass in many cities with the police are just watching. Riots are a severe threat and flaw to any dictatorship.
A few years ago, through a Deutsche Bank branch in Moscow and London, V. Putin sold one million shares of Gazprom in Russia and at the same time bought one million shares on the London Stock Exchange at the same equivalent price. He converted his Russian Ruble into the English Pound at total commissions. It cost Deutsche bank dearly as its stock sold for over 100 Euros; today, it is 11.91 USD.
Imagine what Vladimir did with these funds. If he opened a Swiss bank account, what would happen?
The Swiss are contemplating or have frozen all Russian bank accounts. OMG!!!!
The Russians need more supplies for long-term battles: tanks, ammunition, food, and, most important, men. Russians are immigrating to other countries by the thousands, and it already has a declining population.
Putin has been playing musical chairs, and he now finds out that when the music stops, there are no chairs!

Chapter 21
Family
In the Old Testament of the Christian Bible the good and great kings had good mothers. By good, I mean of the same faith. Many of the kings married for political reasons and if they had a child naturally that child reflected the wishes of the mother.
One of the main lessons from the Old Testament is that women are very important. While the male part of the family was running the country, in this case Israel, or Judea , the mother had the influence on the child. Also, many played a major role in the history of Israel.
The moral here is success is not determined by how much money one makes, it is shown by how well your children do. It all boils down to family.
One can have earned a billion dollars, but have rotten kids. Spoiled brats! The world is full of them.
These days we have lost control of family values. Instead, we greedily seek wealth and today the world is swimming in dollars while watched are the wretched poor.
The similarity of what happened 3000 to 2000 years ago is scary in the 21ist century. Please remember the Almighty is slow to anger. Maybe because years to us are just days to HIM.
Back then, who had the wealth controlled the water and baths. Women had to bathe.
Today bankers control the wealth. Most women need and want money. Not all but most do. Females seek security and men are supposed to provide it. Of course there are always exceptions to the rules.
Today we are sacrificing our sons and daughters by not letting them pursue their chosen careers in most cases.
Summary
The new Congress will take office officially in January 2015 and we will be able to truly test the power of the US Constitution. The Congress will be representing one segment of the country, the President the other, and then we have the US Supreme Court to settle disputes and declare laws as valid or not. The is truly the checks and balances that framers of the US Constitution envisioned over 200 years ago. So feel free to voice your concerns about the honesty of our financial system. There should be financial freedom for honest endeavors, but we should also have strong “Umpires” that have the power to stop thievery in it’s tracks right at the very beginning, before lawyers can muck up the intent of the laws. Their mantra should be “for the common good of the individual” not the wealthy.
All my ideas and proposals have been stated in previous chapters and articles, and I hope you pass them along to your representatives if you desire to.
This applies to all nations, for our earthy financial health depends upon a common ground of trust and honesty.

My final point has to do with the separation of Church and State.
Turkey is rich in biblical history since much of the New Testament happened in modern day Turkey. Turkey was also involved in the breakup of the Holy Roman Empire. It also has a major Muslim population.
When Turkey became a recognized nation in 1923, Ataturk emphasized the separation of Church and State by declaring “ anyone wearing a Fez tomorrow will be shot. The next day one could not find a Fez. Turkey became a modern and advanced nation versus your southern neighbors because of Ataturk’s reforms. He is surely one of the great world leaders of the 20th Century.
We in the United States of American were also formed with the idea of separation of church and state. We all believe in one superior being and if we all followed our fundamental teachings of love, honor and respect for each other we would have a much more peaceful world.
So I would like to close with the Christian Lord’s Prayer for I believe every sentence has meaning for of all of us earthly human beings.

Chapter 20
Sins of our Fathers Continued…
Money, whatever form of currency, is the most delicate commodity on this planet. It can corrupt, cause envy and crime. Looking on the positive side, it can also create wonders beyond our wildest imaginations.
Therefore societies should use a tight rein on persons who deal in money, yet hold them in the highest respect. They can be used like the Levi priests in the Old Testament. Guardians of the Testimony or Temple, they were not allowed to do priestly duties. Today, because of the internet, we must reward and control our banks in the same way. They have control over the monies and how to invest, but have no power. They must report to a senior committee and we must figure out checks and balances in the banking structure to maintain a bipartisan business atmosphere. Their play should be determined by how well the bank does. There should be two banks in each community and the citizens of that community should have the ability to choose their banker.
Bank’s sole business is overseeing and making loans, period.
The Congress should revisit the Federal Reserve Act of 1913. Namely to redistribute the 12 districts to size based upon equal assets and population. A lot has changed since 1913. The Federal Reserve Bank of New York shall remain intact because they are the ones that deal in foreign transactions.
Members of the Federal Reserve System shall not belong to a political party nor support any. They are to be bipartisan. Each district shall have two major banks that have the ability to form syndicates and bid on various financial instruments.
Bankers should have a degree in economics or accounting, plus minors in other fields of endeavor, to make sure the individual has A WELL ROUNDED EDUCATION.
As we advance in age and ability and hopefully wisdom, we must continue to revisit past laws to improve them. A prime example is The Investment Company Act of 1940. The computer and telecommunications have given the mutual fund industry obscene profits at the expense of the individual shareholder. Plain and simple; it is a legal rip off.
Now to tackle what the press calls “banks” but really are dressed up brokerage firms and old fashioned “bucket shops”.
There is, and always has been, no way to properly pay the individual broker except one way.
That way is to make all firms partnerships. Then each partner is responsible how well his division is doing. Those partners then keep an eye on other divisions. Everyone is then paid a flat salary where they have the ability to live well, but not beyond their means. They may not trade in their own accounts or related accounts.
The partnership must maintain a capital expense ratio and insure financial liquidity. They should have a reserve account based upon 50% of assets. After this is all done the excess funds may be distributed to all employees based upon performance during the year.
Under this system employees will keep watch on each other to make sure no one is “gambling” on his or her potential bonus.
Brokerage firms that are publically traded become very aggressive because they are taking risks with shareholders monies – not their own. I knew brokers who kept all their assets in US Treasury Bills. That is the other extreme.
We must find a way to control lobbyists. These monster bills that are over 100 pages are the result of individual congress persons accepting some form of bribe from a lobbyist to insert a clause or amendment to a particular law.
Bribes come in the form of money, sex, blackmail, or threats. This is a problem that has plagued mankind for ages.
A true democracy occurs when the minority is listened to respectfully with the intent to implement their views if possible with the majority. This possibility lessens the intent of bribery. Once a bribe is found out it can never be enacted or done.
These are just a few problems we face today that must be enacted upon countries’ governments. The financial industry must face this or we will re-enter the dark ages all over again instead of evolving into an educated and caring society that can safely explore all the great unknowns.
