Letter to Harut Sassounian:

Dear Mr. Sassounian!
With reference to your article “verdict on the Armenian g….” dtd. 24.12.2013, I wish to correct a few of your international lies which have turned into a habit.
First of all, I would like to congratulate Mr. Dogu Perincek (Leader of Isci Partisi) who has achieved this undisputed success. He has shown civil courage of commendable degree. Not even successive Turkish governments have managed to achieve such an international judicial verdict, a milestone on this historical dispute!
Your unjustified accusation against Mr. Perincek as being a criminal are unfounded. Mr. Perincek has been a victim of political injustice, and like many other Journalists and Political leaders have been unjustly jailed. He is expected to be released shortly.
It is indeed amazing how you find the judgments of two (2) judges as carrying more weight than those of five (5) Judges! Is that your understanding of democracy and justice?
Your comparison of the situation in Germany and Austria regarding the post war Laws making the denial (Wiederbetaetigungsgesetz) of the Holocaust with that of the Armenian deportations 100 years ago, is like comparing apples with bananas. The Jewish population of Europe did in no way resort to armed violence against the states in which they lived. So, the comparison is absurd.
If there is anyone confusing the international media about the details of the case and history as such, that is you personally Mr. Sassounian.
Mr. Sassounian, please note that; Justice is herewith served. The other side of the story, till now, ignored, or deliberately distorted, will now be heard. Armenian propaganda, deception, terrorism and forgeries will be looked at under a different light. Stop your nonsensical vendetta and give dialog and peace a chance!
