FCTA strongly condemns the first fatality of international terrorism on Canadian soil.
August 27, 2013 marks the 31st anniversary of the assassination of Turkish Military Attaché Colonel Atilla Altikat. On that terrible day in 1982, a terrorist shot 13 bullets at 45-year-old Colonel Altikat, who was on his way to work at the Turkish Embassy. The Armenian terrorists who claimed responsibility for the killing disappeared after the attack. And it is still unknown who helped the terrorists and how they suddenly disappeared that morning. The perpetrators were never caught and never brought to justice.Between 1973 and 1986, Armenian terrorist organizations killed more than 32 innocent Turkish diplomats and 35 from other nationalities, including French, Italian, Spanish, Lebanese and Canadian citizens, around the world.
Armenian terrorism on Canadians /Turkish Diplomats on Canadian soil;
- The first terrorist attack was on Turkish Honorary Consulate in Toronto on January 13 1982. Turkish Honorary Consulate in Toronto had been bombed and received extensive damage in January 1982. Armenian terrorists have claimed the responsibility for the bombing,
- The second terrorist attack was on house of an Armenian Canadian on May 18 1982, the terrorists fire-bombed the house of an Armenian Canadian on May 18, 1982. Toronto Four Armenians were arrested for trying to smuggle money out of the country. The money was extorted from Armenians, a common practice throughout the world. In the course of the investigation, it is discovered that the terrorists fire-bombed the house of an Armenian Canadian who refused to make his contribution to Armenian terrorism,
- The third terrorist attack was on to Kani Gungor, Commercial Attaché at the embassy, who was shot in his car on April 8th, 1982. He was permanently paralyzed. Armenian terrorists have claimed the responsibility for the attack,
- The fourth terrorist attack was on to Turkish Military Attaché Colonel Atilla Altikat, who was assassinated in his car on August 27, 1982. It was the second shooting by Armenian terrorists in Ottawa in less than five months. A terrorist shot 13 bullets at 45-year-old Colonel Atilla Altikat, a military attaché on his way to work at the Turkish Embassy. Armenian terrorists have claimed the responsibility,
- The fifth terrorist attack was on Turkish Embassy in Ottawa and victim was Canadian security officer Claude Brunell. He was murdered on March 12, 1985. Three heavily armed Armenian terrorists stormed the Turkish Embassy, killing a Canadian security officer during the attack. They shot and murdered Claude Brunell to get in the embassy. The Ambassador, Mr. Coskun Kirca, was wounded but he survived this ordeal. The family members of the support staff, who were living in the basement apartment of the embassy, were taken hostage and owe their lives to the failure of the hand-grenade that was thrown onto them,
- The sixth terrorist threat was on the Toronto’s subway system on March 26, 1985. A threat to blow up the city of Toronto’s transit system leads to chaos during the rush hour. An “Armenian Secret Army for the Liberation of Our Homeland” claims responsibility for the threat.
Eventually, they realized that the acts of their terrorist groups were getting world-wide condemnation, and that nothing could be achieved by the deaths of innocents. In the decades since, they have been trying a new tactic – lobbying and pressuring politicians in many countries, including Canada, to accept their views about what happened during the First World War in Eastern Anatolia almost a century ago. And some politicians think that they can be historians and judges for a few votes and donations in election times.
It is very disturbing that to this day no Armenian Canadian organization/community/church, or Armenian State for that matter, has condemned any of these heinous crimes on innocent civilians, rather than trying to justify them. The Turkish Canadian community knows that Nationalist Armenians were wrong when their ultra-nationalist organizations were terrorizing innocent people; were wrong when they brought terrorism into Canada; and are wrong today when they continue to fabricate history and pressure governments to suit their needs.
The monument was built last year to honor all diplomats and public servants who have died while serving their countries overseas. FCTA welcomes the cone-shaped metal-and-wood monument. Monument is dedicated to Col. Atilla Altikat, the slain military attaché of the Turkish embassy Monument is also meant to commemorate all fallen diplomats worldwide. Monument is the official recognition by the Mr. Harper’s government of what happened 30 years ago was something Turkish-Canadians would appreciate but the criminals are still at large. FCTA condamne fermement la première fatalité du terrorisme international sur le sol Canadien.
Le 27 août 2013 marque le 31e anniversaire de l’assassinat de l’attaché militaire turc colonel Atilla Altikat. Sur ce jour terrible en 1982, un coup terroriste a pompé 13 balles à, le colonel Altikat, qui avait 45 ans à le temps. Il était sur son chemin de travailler à l’ambassade de Turquie. Des terroristes arméniens qui ont revendiqué la responsabilité du meurtre ont disparu après l’attaque. Et il est encore inconnue qui a aidé les terroristes et comment ils ont soudainement disparu ce matin. Les coupables n’ont jamais été arrêtés et jamais traduits en justice.Entre 1973 et 1986, les organisations terroristes arméniens ont tué plus de 32 diplomates turcs innocents et 35 d’autres nationalités, y compris les citoyens français, italien, espagnol, libanais et canadiens, dans le monde entier.
Des exemples de Terrorisme arménien sur les Canadiens / diplomates turcs sur le sol Canadien;
- La première attaque terroriste était sur Consulat Honoraire turc à Toronto le 13 janvier 1982. Le Consulat de Turquie honoraire à Toronto avait été bombardée avec du feu en Janvier 1982. Des terroristes arméniens ont revendiqué la responsabilité de l’attentat.
- La seconde attaque terroriste était à la maison d’un Canadien arménienne le18 mai 1982, les terroristes ont bombardé la maison d’un Canadien arménien le 18 mai 1982 avec le feu en Toronto. Quatre Arméniens avaient été arrêtés pour avoir tenté d’introduire illégalement de l’argent hors du pays. L’argent a été extorqué par des Arméniens, une pratique courante dans le monde entier. Au cours de l’enquête, on découvre que les terroristes ont bombardé la maison d’un Canadien arménien avec du feu. La canadien arménien avait refusé d’apporter sa contribution au terrorisme arménien.
- La troisième attaque terroriste était sur Kani Gungor, attaché commercial à l’ambassade turc, qui a été abattu dans sa voiture le 8 Avril de 1982. Il a été paralysé à vie. Des terroristes arméniens ont revendiqué la responsabilité de l’attaque.
- La quatrième attaque terroriste était sur turc attaché militaire, le colonel Atilla Altikat, qui a été assassiné dans sa voiture le 27 Août de 1982. C’était le deuxième tir par des terroristes arméniens à Ottawa, en moins de cinq mois. Un terroriste a tué le colonel Atilla Altikat, un attaché militaire sur sa route de travailler à l’ambassade de Turquie. Terroristes arméniens ont revendiqué la responsabilité.
- La cinquième attaque terroriste était ambassade de Turquie à Ottawa et la victime était d’origine canadienne, agent de sécurité Claude Brunell. Il a été assassiné le 12 Mars 1985. Trois terroristes arméniens lourdement armés ont attaqué l’ambassade de Turquie, tuant un officier de sécurité du Canada au cours de l’attaque. Ils ont tiré et tué Claude Brunell pour entrer à l’ambassade. L’ambassadeur, M. Coskun Kirca, a été blessé mais il a survécu à cette épreuve. Les membres de la famille du personnel de soutien, qui vivaient dans l’appartement du sous-sol de l’ambassade, ont été pris en otage et doivent leur vie à l’échec de la grenade à main qui a été jeté sur eux.
- La sixième menace terroriste était sur le système de métro de la Toronto le 26 Mars 1985. Une menace de bombé la système de transport en commun de Toronto mène au chaos pendant l’heure de pointe. La «Armée secrète arménienne pour la libération de notre patrie» à revendique la responsabilité de la menace.
Finalement, ils ont réalisé que les actes de leurs groupes terroristes obtenaient condamnation mondiale, et que rien ne pourrait être atteint par la mort d’innocents. Dans les décennies qui ont suivi, ils ont essayé une nouvelle tactique – de lobbying et de pression sur les politiciens dans de nombreux pays, comme le Canada, pour qu’ils acceptent leurs points de vue sur ce qui s’est passé au cours de la Première Guerre mondiale en Anatolie orientale il ya près d’un siècle. Et certains politiciens pensent qu’ils peuvent être des historiens et des juges pour quelques votes et des dons en période électorale.Il est très troublant de constater que jusqu’à ce jour aucune organisation canadienne arménien / communauté / église, ou de l’Etat arménien, d’ailleurs, a condamné un de ces crimes odieux contre des civils innocents, plutôt que d’essayer de les justifier. La communauté canadienne turc sait que les Arméniens nationaliste avaient tort quand leurs organisations ultra-nationalistes ont été terrorisent des innocents; avaient tort quand ils ont apporté le terrorisme au Canada, et sont mal aujourd’hui quand ils continuent à fabriquer l’histoire et la pression sur les gouvernements pour répondre à leurs besoins.
Un monument a été construit l’an dernier pour honorer tous les diplomates et les fonctionnaires qui sont morts en servant leur pays à l’étranger. Le FCTA accueille le monument de métal et de bois en forme de cône. Le Monument est dédié au colonel Atilla Altikat, le militaire tué attaché de l’ambassade de“Turquie Monument” est également destiné à commémorer tous les diplomates tombées dans le monde entier. Le monument est la reconnaissance officielle par le gouvernement de ce qui s’est passé il ya 30 ans était quelque chose que les turco-Canadiens apprécieraient, mais les criminels sont toujours en liberté de l’M. Harper. Au nom de la communauté turque canadien, le FCTA continue à espérer que la gouvernement fédéral va retrouver les responsables de l’assassinat de Altikat.
