The almost-renamed Cafe Istanbul is open in Bexley.
The Turkish and Mediterranean restaurant debuted last week in the former home of Flavors Eatery at 2455 E. The Bexley location is smaller than its sister restaurant, but will offer much of the same menu — kebabs, dips, soups, entrees.
