“The peace protestors are pressed by the police in Turkey. Turkey hasn’t settled relations with the neighbors. As soon as Ankara denies Armenian Genocide, the relations between two countries remain unsettled. Europe sees too little progress in relations with Cyprus as well,” these are the main reasons according which Turkey is unable to join the European big family, the European Union.

“The Independent” informs about this.

“Ankara claims they have made a range of courageous steps towards speech, religious and media freedom, despite of the report by EU, where it is told too little reforms were made,” “The Independent” informs.
