(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) – A congregational prayer ceremony will be held in Zeynabieh Mosque, Istanbul,on November 16, on the occasion of Eid-al-Adha (the Festival of Sacrifice).
According to Zenabiyeh Website, the Cultural and Educational center of the Mosque has announced that the event will take place at 7:00 a.m on Tuesday and attended by devotees of Ahl-u-l Bayt (AS).
Some 10000 Shia Muslims participated in the Eid-ol-Fitr prayer ceremony in the Zeynabieh Mosque back in September.
The Zeynabieh Mosque is one of the biggest religious and spiritual centers in Europe.
Eid al-Adha is celebrated annually on the 10th day of the last Islamic month of Dhu al-Hijjah. Eid al-Adha celebrations start after the Hajj, the annual pilgrimage to Makkah in Saudi Arabia by Muslims worldwide.
