Yes they can, if they do not pay renewal fees. Luckily Turkish registrar does not sell it to anyone else.

All,

I need to renew some domains, actually a lot. They all come up for renewal in the next couple of months.

So I have found and tried go daddy promo codes but they are expired. Anyone have a code they use that does not expire?
